To be eligible for a refund/return, your item must be  unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and an uncut unboxing video.

We process all orders within 2-3 business days of receiving them. Delivery time is 5-7 days, post shipment.

Our Gold Plated collection does not fade under normal condition and is completely water and sweat proof.

However, any metal even with plating when exposed to harsh condition and under lack of proper care can loose it's shine.

To avoid this :-

• Always clean your jewellery after wearing or coming in contact with water, lotion, perfume or harsh chemicals with a microfibre cloth it comes with.
• Avoid wearing it to sleep.
• Keep it stored in zip lock pouch it comes with.
